Job summary

World Fuel is seeking a Retail Operations & Brand Standards Specialist in the Branson/Springfield area. The role focuses on supporting retail partners, ensuring brand standards, improving store execution, merchandising, and promotional initiatives across the assigned territory.

You will build strong relationships with operators, conduct site visits, assess presentation, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and supplier partners to drive growth and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail operations, customer service, account management, or territory support.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail fuel and convenience store operators in the assigned territory.
• Advise customers to improve store appearance, operations, and retail execution.
• Conduct site visits and provide recommendations to improve customer experience and performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and loyalty.
• Conduct branded image reviews and site assessments.
• Support merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
