You will build relationships with operators, conduct site visits, and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer experience and sales performance in a field-based role across local markets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, retail operations, customer service, account management, or territory support.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on helping customers succeed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with retail fuel and convenience store operators in the assigned territory.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to improve store appearance, operations, and retail execution.
• Conduct site visits and provide recommendations to enhance customer experience and performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and loyalty.
• Conduct branded image reviews and site assessments.
• Ensure locations maintain brand standards and compliance requirements.
• Support merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track progress and maintain territory records.
