Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist in Missouri to visit local retailers, educate merchants on the client’s financial services, and build strong relationships. You will place in-store signage, document visits, and report activities using mobile tools while traveling within your territory.

The role offers training, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package, with a +10% monthly bonus potential and a typical 22 per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products.
