Job summary

PATHS, LLC is seeking a Field Representative / Floater to support healthcare clients from our Cherry Hill, NJ office. You will travel regularly to client facilities across the region, interact with patients, and serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and community resources.

The role involves assisting with Medical Assistance applications, documenting information, and supporting multiple sites while maintaining confidentiality and complying with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to client sites.
• Experience working in an office environment.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with applying for Medical Assistance and other benefit programs.
• Travel within an assigned territory to meet with patients and gather required information.
• Visit patient homes and communicate professionally with patients and family members to obtain information and documentation.
• Accurately document patient information and complete required tasks in a timely manner.
• Transport supplies and materials between client facilities as needed.
• Support multiple client locations and provide coverage where operational needs arise.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
