Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking new Field Representatives who are self-motivated, detail oriented and dependable. You will collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets across assigned markets.

You will use a company app to record data, capture pricing and promotions, take photos, and transmit reports back to the office. Expect safety and customer interaction in grocery environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• Complete projects throughout the United States independently or in a group when available.
• Use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, promotions and take photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit the file to our office after project completion.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as needed.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

We are offering a $200 sign-on bonus for this area!

We are seeking new team members who are self‑motivated, detail oriented and most importantly – dependable. We have been the leading provider of retail intelligence to the largest retailers in the world for over 30 years and have growing demands for additional Field Representatives to help us to collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets.

What will you be doing?

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.
• Using a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client's needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Work approximately 32 to 40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with the attention to detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client's behalf.
