Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking field representatives to collect retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct store resets in the Port Chester, NY area. You will use a company app to record data, capture prices and promotions, and transmit results to our head office.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. Training is provided and compensation is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work 32–40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Comfortable working in grocery-store refrigerator/freezer areas when needed.
• Ability to engage store employees and customers on behalf of the client.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking new team members who are self-motivated, detail oriented and most importantly -- dependable. We have been the leading provider of retail intelligence to the largest retailers in the world for over 30 years and have growing demands for additional Field Representatives to help us to collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets.

What will you be doing?

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.
• Using a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client's needs
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Work approximately 32 to 40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with the attention to detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client's behalf
