Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking motivated Field Representatives to collect retail information, merchandise products, and conduct store resets. You will be assigned projects within your market area and may travel across the United States as needed, working independently or with a team.

Use our app to record product details and photos, and report back to the corporate office after each project. The role requires a valid driver’s license, 32–40 hours per week, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and dependable.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to work 32–40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned projects within your market area.
• Complete projects in the United States as needed, independently or as part of a group.
• Use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow criteria to capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed project files to the corporate office for review.

We are seeking new team members who are self‑motivated, detail oriented and most importantly – dependable. We have been the leading provider of retail intelligence to the largest retailers in the world for over 30 years and have growing demands for additional Field Representatives to help us to collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets.

What will you be doing?

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.
• Using a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client's needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with the attention to detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client's behalf.
