Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• General trade or handyman experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall.
• Must possess or obtain a state driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of service work orders at various customer locations.
• Perform minor equipment and building repairs as requested.
• Inspect and troubleshoot systems to identify necessary repairs.
• Maintain personal tool inventory and company vehicle/parts inventory.
• Document daily work activity with photos and updates for management.
