Surface Experts of Central Indiana is hiring for a field-based, relationship-driven role. You will regularly visit apartment communities, maintenance offices, and commercial properties along a planned Indianapolis route, introducing our repair services and building lasting relationships with decision-makers.

No sales background required; you will receive coaching from day one and follow a proven script. The position offers a guaranteed base salary with performance-based commissions, paid time

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with new contacts.
• Ability to follow a proven script and coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive a daily route across Indianapolis north/south and nearby suburbs.
• Introduce repair services to property/facility managers.
• Build relationships to develop recurring accounts.
• Log visits and follow-ups in software daily.
• Attend weekly team meetings to review numbers and coaching.
