Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to help remove patient access barriers and educate provider offices on billing and coding for client products. You will collaborate with Hub teams, payer groups, and Sales to boost patient access and ensure compliant reimbursement processes.

The role emphasizes expertise in medical benefit reimbursement, prior authorizations, and payer trends, with travel up to 10% and preference for candidates in Northern Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, or

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; working with specialty products, Hubs, Payers, HCP or related area.
• Preferred: direct experience with specialty dermatology products.
• Must have specific practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Knowledge of public and private payer policies and reimbursement processes across sites of care.
• Experience with prior authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals processes.

Responsabilidades

• Solve complex patient access issues across Hub, provider offices and client field team.
• Partner with Sales, Payer Teams, Marketing and HCPs to drive reimbursement support approaches.
• Educate HCP and office staff on Patient Support Programs and program policies.
• Lead onsite education of program business rules, payer coverage and J-codes where needed.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes with required documentation.
