Cencora is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate provider offices on logistics, coding, and coverage strategies to support patient access to therapies. The role requires travel within NY, Boston, and Hartford territories, with potential overnight trips.

Candidates should have field-based reimbursement experience, strong payer policy knowledge, and the ability to liaise with patient assistance and reimbursement services. High travel readiness and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Educate provider offices on logistics to support client product and in-office administration.
• Explain payers' coverage strategies including coding, billing, formulary, prior authorization, and appeals.
• Identify root causes of access or reimbursement issues in office processes.
• Deliver presentations at provider sites to explain reimbursement topics.
• Provide information on reimbursement topics based on client approvals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face or remote education to healthcare staff on access and reimbursement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve patient access to therapies.
• Travel within designated territory, including overnight trips as needed.
• Support buy-and-bill processes and insurance coverage changes.
