Qualifications

• Field-based reimbursement education and consultation to key account customers.
• Understanding of physician buy-and-bill model and payer policies.
• Experience with revenue cycle, billing codes, formulary, prior authorization and appeals processes.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong project management and travel readiness.
• Bilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on logistics for in-office administration, buy-and-bill, and payer changes.
• Explain coverage management strategies including coding, billing, formulary, prior authorization and appeals.
• Deliver interactive educational presentations at provider sites of service.
• Coordinate with patient assistance and reimbursement services to facilitate access.
• Travel within designated territory up to 80%, including overnight trips.
