Job summary

Syneos Health in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand steps to receive reimbursement for our products. You will focus on urology accounts, hospitals, and ASCs, navigating payer policies and coding requirements.

This role requires at least 4 years in pharma/biotech/medical devices and 2 years of reimbursement experience, with travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
