Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive payer understanding and reimbursement pathways for urology-focused accounts across the geography. You will ensure target accounts comprehend billing, coding, and regulatory requirements while building strong customer relationships and collaborating with the account team to optimize patient access.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices, and 2+ years in reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong cross-functional communication within the region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
