Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Columbus, OH territory, covering Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton and Mansfield. You will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and act as the access expert for the local team.

The role involves on-site work with HCPs up to 50% and close collaboration with marketing, sales, medical science, SCG, IBG, HCC, and PECS to ensure patient access to therapies and adherence to policy changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with reimbursement, access, and payer processes is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site up to 50% with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team to serve as access and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data to proactively address access barriers.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Stay informed on national, regional, local market dynamics and payer policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to educate and provide insights on access and affordability.
