Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and serve as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data and account management to address access barriers.
• Address urgent access and affordability issues for patients.
• Partner with managed care to understand current policies.
• Provide field-based reimbursement support and education.
• Build strong relationships with customers; manage territory logistics.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics and payer channels.
• Collaborate with internal J&J departments on access and affordability insights.
• Execute business in line with ethics and compliance; complete required training.
