Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Field Reimbursement Manager based in Orlando, FL. This field-based role supports patient access, reimbursement education, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to optimize product coverage.

The role requires a deep understanding of payer policies, buy-and-bill practices, and strong relationship building with healthcare providers and payers. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration).
• MBA or MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in hospital/provider settings.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits, coding and billing.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, appeals).
• Ability to build relationships and influence across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team and serve as reimbursement expert locally.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency for patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and future changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build strong relationships with customers in Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics including coverage and coding.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels to support patients.
• Collaborate with internal J&J departments; serve as SME on access and affordability.
