Job summary

AbbVie seeks a field-based Parkinson’s Field Reimbursement Manager to educate HCPs on access and reimbursement for Duopa, Vyvane and Juvmo. The FRM will address payer processes, advise on program eligibility, and support national and regional payor policies within a Dallas, TX/Oklahoma City footprint.

A minimum of 3 years in managed health care or related areas is required, with a valid driver's license and HCIR credentials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in managed health care, payer account management, and/or access and reimbursement.
• Thorough understanding of payer policy processes, systems and requirements for coverage and billing.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools.
• Educate on product-specific acquisition and access options such as specialty networks.
• Educate on resources to address access issues.
• Provide local expertise on payer policies and coding changes.
• Liaise with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement center to update HCPs on status and eligibility.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and MHC account teams.
• Maintain relationships with providers within territory.
• Ensure compliance with HCIR credentialing requirements.
