Job summary

The role is field-based and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from Sacramento, San Francisco, or San Jose.

You will work across Market Access, Sales, Compliance, and Specialty Pharmacy to solve access barriers, streamline claim submissions, and support patient savings programs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5–7 years of proven success in a health care related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is favorable.
• Exposure to payer policies, Prior Authorizations, and Buy & Bill processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for in-person and virtual presentations.

Responsibilities

• Educate on fundamentals of Botox treatment access, reimbursement, and payer landscape.
• Identify and address access barriers with analytical insights and actionable solutions.
• Monitor payer policies and prior authorizations; assist with claim submissions and denials.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales, Compliance, and Specialty Pharmacy teams.
• Support patient savings programs and HUB services to improve access.
