Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a health care related field.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in Sales, District Management, Hospital or Managed Markets is preferred.
• Familiarity with payer policies, prior authorizations and hub services is advantageous.
• Ability to influence across functions and manage complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Educate on the fundamentals of Botox treatment reimbursement and payer landscape.
• Identify access barriers and provide actionable insights to improve patient access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Monitor payers, prior authorizations, and policy changes; report findings.
• Travel as needed to cover territory and attend trainings/meetings.
