Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in field reimbursement or related roles (rare disease space, patient access, or specialty pharmacy).
• Experience with Specialty pharmacies and HUBs.

Responsabilités

• Improve referral to ship rates and turnaround times by identifying and implementing changes that improve program performance.
• Improve adherence and persistency rates by identifying and implementing changes that improve program performance.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams, serving as the reimbursement expert.
• Address urgent issues with referral pull through and authorization delays with a sense of urgency.
• Establish relationships with key accounts through in-person and virtual meetings.
• Educate HCPs on enrollment journeys, Liquidia Access Programs, insurance coverage landscape, prior authorization guidelines, and medical necessity where applicable.
• Monitor data to analyze coverage, referral trends, and program performance.
• Escalate issues impacting product access and program performance.
• Stay current on coverage policies to provide timely information to accounts.
