Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate healthcare providers on coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes. The FRM will spend up to 50% on-site with HCPs in Cincinnati and Dayton, OH, coordinating with sales and support teams to resolve access issues and improve patient outcomes.

The role requires strong knowledge of pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, coding, and billing, plus the ability to collaborate across a matrix

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management and reimbursement in provider offices.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill, coding, and billing.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and solve access challenges.
• Travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with field support team members such as sales representatives and key account managers and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential future changes
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and problem-solving
• Build strong relationships with customers in assigned Immunology accounts
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning
• Expand knowledge of payer policies and market dynamics across multiple plans
• Collaborate with internal J&J departments to provide education and insights on access and affordability
