Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate healthcare providers on coverage, prior authorizations, and proper reimbursement pathways. You will collaborate with sales and medical teams to resolve access issues and support patient journeys across Immunology accounts in Milwaukee and Madison, WI.

The role requires up to 50% travel, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of payer policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, and appeals) is required.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Build relationships with customers across Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
