The ideal candidate has deep pharma reimbursement experience, strong policy knowledge, and a track record educating internal stakeholders on reimbursement and pricing and supporting market access initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a healthcare-related field.
• 7+ years' pharmaceutical reimbursement experience.
• Knowledge of payer policies and entry barriers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing and reimbursement strategy development and implementation.
• Advise product teams on reimbursement issues.
• Identify payer opportunities and programs to reduce barriers.
• Optimize pricing structure and bid market dynamics.
• Collaborate with policy, sales, medical staff to assess economic impact on payers.
• Educate Sales, Patient Services, and HCPs on reimbursement/pricing.
