Job summary

CSL in the United States is seeking an experienced reimbursement and pricing professional to help shape strategies that obtain payer coverage in key customer segments. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to influence pricing, access, and market access programs.

This role involves assessing payer policies, guiding economic analyses, and educating Sales, Patient Services, and healthcare providers on reimbursement pathways and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences or healthcare discipline.
• 7+ years' pharmaceutical industry experience in reimbursement or case management.
• Strong understanding of relevant market reimbursement policy.
• Work experience with patient advocacy groups regarding coverage policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of pricing and/or reimbursement strategies to obtain coverage.
• Provide reimbursement-related advice to product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Identify payer opportunities and implement programs to reduce barriers to CSL products.
• Optimize pricing structure and market dynamics of bid processes to expand opportunities.
• Collaborate with policy, sales and medical staff to evaluate economic impact on payers.
• Educate Sales, Patient Services and HCPs and customers on reimbursement/pricing.
