Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences or healthcare discipline.
• 7+ years' pharmaceutical industry experience in reimbursement or case management.
• Strong understanding of relevant market reimbursement policy.
• Experience working with patient advocacy groups regarding coverage policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of pricing and reimbursement strategies to obtain coverage.
• Provides reimbursement-related advice to product development teams, marketing, sales and customer service.
• Identifies payer opportunities and implements programs to reduce barriers to entry for CSL products or therapies.
• Optimize pricing structure and market dynamics of bid process to expand business opportunity for products.
• Works closely with policy, sales and medical staff to evaluate the economic impact of the use of therapies/products on payers, including the government.
• Provide education on reimbursement/pricing to Sales, Patient Services and HCPs and customers.
