Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to act as the access and coverage SME for Alnylam products. You will educate healthcare providers and staff on reimbursement pathways, prior authorization, coverage requirements, and payer processes to support patient access.

You will collaborate with field sales, regional leadership, and Hub teams while coordinating across departments to address barriers and ensure timely treatment in the Great Lakes North region, including Iowa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience navigating prior authorization and appeals for pharmacy and medical coverage.
• Knowledge of commercial payers, Medicare plans, and state Medicaid programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payer criteria and access requirements across medical and pharmacy designs.
• Educate HCP offices on reimbursement pathways, coverage requirements, and prior authorization.
• Partner with field sales and leadership to support patient services and enrollment.
• Monitor payer updates and coordinate with Hub and Specialty Pharmacy teams.
