Job summary

• 1.5+ years in field reimbursement or 2+ years in related pharma roles.
• Experience navigating prior authorization and payer appeals.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCP offices on reimbursement pathways and coverage requirements.
• Analyze payer criteria across medical and pharmacy benefit designs.
• Collaborate with field sales and Hub teams to coordinate patient access.
• Monitor payer coverage updates for the assigned geography.
• Support enrollment and eligibility for Alnylam Assist programs.
