The ideal candidate will work independently in the field, handle on-call rotations, and collaborate with supervisors and store teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & repair refrigeration, electrical, and control system issues.
• Perform routine and non-routine service calls in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or supervisors when needed.
• Maintain documentation of work orders, labor, and refrigerant usage.
• Support preventive maintenance and system reliability across locations.
• Collaborate with store teams and other technicians to complete work efficiently.
