Personal Care Services MidSouth in the Black Belt Region seeks an HR Field Recruiting Officer who thrives in the community, recruits caregivers and direct-care staff, and builds a strong candidate pipeline through face-to-face engagements.

This field-oriented role requires travel, events, collaboration with schools and workforce partners, and a commitment to timely interviews, onboarding, and staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or community outreach preferred.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, senior care, staffing, or caregiving industry preferred.
• Travel regularly throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Alabama coastal areas.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and applicant documentation systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours for events and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit caregivers and direct-care staff throughout the Black Belt Region.
• Maintain a strong field presence; spend most time in the community.
• Travel to recruit and build relationships with candidates and partners.
• Visit workforce centers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community activities.
• Plan and coordinate recruiting events and onboarding activities.
• Develop candidate referral sources and maintain pipelines.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruiting progress.
