Job summary

Eclipse Advantage in Smyrna, Tennessee, is seeking a bilingual Field Recruiter to grow its supply chain staffing. You will engage local communities to fill large openings for General Labor, Warehouse, and Forklift roles at multiple client sites, while meeting placement goals and building strong community relationships.

The role emphasizes grassroots outreach, fast-paced recruitment, and collaboration with onsite teams.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred.
  • Basic level technical skills with smartphone/computer.
  • Basic data entry skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information discreetly.
  • Strong customer service, attention to detail, and team player.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility with schedule and potential overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Grassroots networking in the local community to source candidates.
  • Local area recruitment and posting flyers in identified zones.
  • Attend community events and engagement activities, including weekends.
  • Enter prospective candidates in ATS via external link and manage data.
  • Meet/exceed placement goals as defined by leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with onsite management teams.
  • Assist with new hire orientations at client sites.

Eclipse Advantage is looking for a bilingual Field Recruiter in Smyrna Tennessee to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The Field Recruiter position will actively engage the local community and find applicants for a large opening of General Labor, Warehouse and Forklift positions at our multiple client locations. The ideal candidate has a wealth of knowledge about the local market and a vested interest in making a difference in their community by placing people in fulfilling jobs.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Grassroots networking efforts in the local community will be the primary source of candidates
  • Local area Recruitment
  • Post flyers in identified areas of local market/ region
  • Attend local community-based events and engagement activities often on the weekend
  • Church Services, Local Fairs, Holiday Events/ Celebrations, ESL Classes Establish list of candidate prospects with continued out-reach via phone
  • Meet / Exceed placement goals established by Regional Operations Manager and compensation plan guidelines - high volume recruiting
  • Enter prospective candidates in Applicant Tracking System through external link
  • Community Development
  • Responsible for identifying key areas within a given market/ region that will assist in establishing entry into communities / community involvement
  • Establish, develop and maintain key relationships within identified market/ region
  • As member of community, responsible for continual outreach and development of new leads and contact list
  • Customer Service
  • Initial contact with potential candidates
  • Continued engagement and support with candidates post-employment
  • Encourage retention of candidates during their employment
  • Develop and maintain relationship with onsite management teams
  • Attend scheduled recruitment meetings identified by Regional or Site Manager
  • Availability to assist with employee new hire orientations at client site
  • Assist both candidate and onsite management with key identifiers specific to cultural differences/ opportunities
  • Brand our company as an employer of choice through the creation of employment ads, social media engagement, and hiring events
  • Carry out all assigned duties and responsibilities, including additional tasks as needed to help achieve the overall goals of the department
Position Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • 1 plus years of recruiting/ staffing experience preferred
  • Basic level technical skills such as use of smart phone / computer
  • Basic data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
  • Strong customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexibility with schedule, potential overtime, as determined by manager
  • Ability to spend time on client production floor
  • Employment contingent to successful completion of: criminal background, drug screening and pre-hire assessment
