Job summary

Whizz in Philadelphia, PA is hiring for a 1099 contract role focused on collecting overdue e-bikes and related equipment. The position requires a security-related background, strong communication with debtors, and willingness to travel across Philadelphia and nearby cities.

You will use CRM, Google Sheets, Excel, and Notion to track recoveries and coordinate with other departments. Ideal candidates have experience in security, police, or military fields, excellent multitasking skills, and

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or related field.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership and willingness to use it for the job.
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Travel within Philadelphia, PA and other cities for day trips.
• Work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
