NXP Semiconductors invites aspiring engineers to join its Americas Global Sales Summer Internship, a 12‑week paid program embedded in the Field Sales organization. You work directly with a Technical Sales Engineer mentor and contribute to real customer projects from day one, with strong growth potential into NXP's TSAP program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Rising junior/senior or graduate student with expected graduation 2027–2029.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship for intern roles).
• Availability for 12 weeks full-time during Summer 2027 (May–August).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TSE mentors and sales team on customer-facing projects.
• Perform customer and market intelligence research; map target accounts.
• Develop competitive analyses and market summaries to guide sales strategy.
• Create customer-ready collateral and SOPs; support Salesforce data hygiene.
• Track pipeline, design-win funnel activity, and dashboard KPIs with the team.
• Attend customer meetings and participate in product demonstrations with mentors.
