NXP Semiconductors invites motivated students to join its Global Sales Summer Internship for 12 weeks of paid, hands-on experience in technical sales engineering. You’ll work with mentors in the Americas sales team on customer-facing projects and learn the end-to-end sales cycle.

The program embeds you in Field Sales, with opportunities to advance into TSAP and potential return offers after graduation. Hybrid work and relocation/housing support may be available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship for intern roles.

Responsibilities

• Research and map target accounts within territory or vertical market.
• Build stakeholder profiles and account maps for high-priority prospects.
• Develop competitive analyses and market landscape summaries.
• Create customer-ready collateral tailored by market segment.
• Track customer pipeline data, design-win funnel activity, and CRM entries.
