Job summary

SoloPulse Corp is hiring a Product DSP Engineer to move RF signal processing from the lab to the field. You will own the production signal chain on target hardware (NVIDIA Jetson, FPGA, SDR) ensuring real-time performance within tight power and latency budgets.

Responsibilities include developing and validating algorithms, building regression tests, and addressing RF hardware non-idealities. The role offers competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of RF hardware effects and coherent/non-coherent systems.
• Solid RF signal processing fundamentals: detection, estimation, transmit/receive chain.
• Demonstrated track record shipping DSP into a product or fielded system.

Responsibilities

• Production-izing detection, classification, tracking, and direction-finding algorithms for target hardware within fixed budgets.
• Build regression and characterization test suites to validate signal-chain performance.
• Account for RF hardware behavior in algorithm design and robustness.
• Hit real-time performance on embedded targets through fixed-point/quantization and profiling.
• Define and track performance metrics as product acceptance criteria.
• Support field tests and reproduce field issues in the lab.
