Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Chief Engineer to own stakeholder engagement, product definition, technical roadmap planning, and design and development of radar product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, radar capabilities, and strategic growth opportunities across teams.

Qualifications
- 4+ years in chief engineer or senior radar roles
- Strong radar system design knowledge
- Understanding of state-of-the-art radar tech
- Experience with hardware/software product development
- Ability to lead across engineers and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel 30% and ability to obtain US security clearance
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder engagement: build and maintain relationships with internal and customer stakeholders to align objectives and secure buy-in for the radar product.
- Technical ownership: drive radar architecture and product development strategies through understanding of requirements and opportunities for innovation.
- Product strategy: define a strategy to win in the marketplace and communicate the roadmap.
- Tactical execution: organize and prioritize engineering efforts to bring the product to market, including prototyping and deployment.
