Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry-level quality-focused professional to join the Project Management Team. You will report on quality performance, lead QA/QC activities, and act as a liaison to customers, vendors, and subcontractors regarding quality matters.

The role requires willingness to travel/relocate as needed for projects across North America, with a base location decision closer to start date. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Science degree or technical college degree with two years of related construction field experience.
• Clear communication of project quality status to stakeholders.
• Strong writing and documentation skills; proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain effective communications with district management, project teams and engineers/clients.
• Examine field conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies and cost-saving measures; take corrective action.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain knowledge of the Quality Management System and promote standardization.
• Manage Welding Procedure Specification logs and files for districts.
