Responsibilities

• Driving throughout western and central Maryland to meet field-based review needs.
• Conducting on-site reviews with individuals receiving services.
• Carrying out National Core Indicators interviews.
• Ensuring supports align with person-centered principles.
• Identifying opportunities for quality improvement.
• Providing constructive feedback and technical assistance to provider agencies.
• Using databases to document findings and track progress.
• Writing corrective action plans and monitoring progress.
• Communicating and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders.
