Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking a full-time Quality Reviewer to support the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration program. The role involves field visits, on-site reviews, and National Core Indicators interviews across central, southern, and eastern Maryland.

You will guide providers on person-centered supports, identify quality improvement opportunities, prepare action plans, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Driving throughout central, southern, and eastern Maryland.
• Conducting on-site reviews with people who are receiving services.
• Conducting National Core Indicators interviews.
• Ensuring supports are aligned with person centered principles.
• Identifying opportunities for quality improvement.
• Providing constructive feedback and technical assistance to provider agencies.
• Using databases.
• Writing corrective action plans and monitoring progress.
• Communicating and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders.
