Job summary

Solar Landscape is seeking a Quality Lead to manage field quality teams, perform inspections on rooftop solar installations, and ensure compliance with NEC, AHJs, and safety standards. You will lead documentation, provide real-time feedback, and collaborate across construction, engineering, operations, safety, supply chain, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to read drawings and schematics, familiarity with relevant codes, and 2+ years in quality or construction

Qualifications

• Experience with conducting employee reviews based on identified goals.
• 2+ years of leadership in quality, construction, electrical, or solar roles.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality, construction, electrical, or solar roles.
• Familiarity with NEC, OSHA, UL, and local building codes.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop field quality teams with on-site presence and accountability.
• Make timely field decisions using inspection data and risk assessments.
• Enforce safety and workmanship standards for rooftop installations per codes and requirements.
• Perform incoming and in-process inspections of solar components and installations.
• Maintain inspection records, photos, and turnover packages for owners and AHJs.
• Identify nonconforming work and support corrective actions and close-out.
