Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Quality Manager I to own the project quality program. You will maintain the ITP, schedule and witness tests, and produce daily QC reports while coordinating nonconformances with the superintendent and engineer of record.

You will leverage certifications such as ACI Grade I, NICET II, ICC Special Inspector, or USACE CQM-C and advance to higher QC roles with experience and leadership on multi-phase projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction materials testing or QC in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications/drawings and translate to test schedules.
• Willingness to lead NCRs and coordinate with engineers and superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project inspection and test plan and testing frequency log.
• Schedule and witness field and laboratory tests; verify technician certifications.
• Write the daily quality control report and meeting records; track nonconformances to closure.
