American Facility Services is seeking a dependable Quality Control Manager to ensure buildings are cleaned to standard and to lead custodial teams across multiple sites. The role requires travel between locations and hands-on supervision of cleaning tasks.

The ideal candidate has custodial experience, strong ownership, and a reliable driving record. A valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Custodial or janitorial experience required.
• Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
• Takes ownership of work and follows through.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Good driving record and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings to ensure cleaning is completed properly.
• Be accountable for quality, follow up, and reporting issues.
• Travel between multiple locations as needed.
• Help cover cleaning duties when staff are absent.
• Support and guide custodial staff.
• Manage, distribute, and deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to other locations.
• Track inventory and ensure all sites are properly stocked.
• Perform regular cleaning and floor care tasks as required.
