Job summary

Consigli Construction in Milford, CT seeks a Quality Manager to support project teams with site-specific quality plans and active field leadership. You will serve as a technical resource, coordinating with owners, designers, and trade partners to ensure SSQMP execution.

Ideal candidates have EM 385-1-1 familiarity, 7–10 years in quality or supervision roles, and proven ability to lead teams while driving continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in Superintendent, Quality, PM, or related roles.
• Familiar with EM 385-1-1; hazard identification and safety.
• Experience leading and directing others.
• Nice to have: OSHA-30, CQM-C certification.

Responsibilities

• SSQMP: collaborate with project teams to finalize site quality plans.
• Facilitate lessons learned and apply to SSQMP and preoperational meetings.
• Provide training on quality initiatives, processes, and Procore use.
• Field checks: review docs, perform field walks, track deficiencies.
• Participate in constructability reviews as directed.
• Develop mock-ups/initial installs documentation and risk planning.
• Support Quality Pre-Operational Meetings with agendas and coordination.
• Material verification before on-site use.
• Plan Punch List, Closeout, and Turnover with stakeholders.
