Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) seeks a Field Quality Lead II to assist in project‑related quality management and ensure QC inspections align with requirements. This role collaborates with Quality Leads, Managers, and Construction teams to oversee deliverables and guide Field Quality Lead I personnel.

The position emphasizes adherence to Inspection and Test Plans, coordination with third‑party testers, and documentation of quality activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years in quality control/assurance or related field.
• Understanding of quality inspections and QA/QC programs.
• OSHA 10-hour certification.
• Safety and environmental familiarity.
• Experience in surveillance oversight programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor QC activities and inspections per ITPs and specs.
• Coordinate third‑party testing and inspections.
• Support corrective action development for deviations.
• Assist in updating the quality management plan and KPI reporting.
