Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company, is seeking a Field Quality Lead to support project quality management. You will oversee QC inspections, collaborate with project teams, and drive adherence to inspection plans and safety standards across EPC initiatives.

Travel is substantial (90%), and the role emphasizes creating effective corrective actions, coordinating third-party testing, and ensuring documentation accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in quality control/assurance or related field.
• General understanding of quality inspections/audits and quality programs.
• Familiarity with safety requirements and environmental considerations.
• Experience in surveillance oversight programs.
• General knowledge of quality assurance processes.
• Understanding of equipment and material specs and testing requirements.
• 10-hour OSHA certification.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and oversee quality activities and deliverables per ITPs and QC inspections.
• Participate in audits and reviews as assigned.
• Identify and document issues and assist in corrective actions.
• Ensure FA Testing, QA/QC testing and records are integrated into project quality plans.
• Attend project quality, construction and safety meetings.
• Coordinate third-party testing and inspections.
• Maintain internal standards, policies, and procedures.
