Job summary

You will lead inspections, audits, and CAPA, training field teams and driving continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction QA/QC, CWI certification, and strong knowledge of AWS/IBC/ICC/ASNT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction quality control or related field.
• CWI certification with 5+ years welding inspection experience.
• At least 3 years developing and implementing QMS procedures in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize field-level quality procedures and inspection protocols in line with the QMS.
• Deliver technical training to field personnel on inspection techniques and compliance requirements.
• Conduct field audits and inspections to verify adherence to project specs and standards (AWS, IBC, ICC, ASNT).
• Coordinate inspection activities with Project Managers, Engineers, Field Supervisors, and third-party inspectors.
• Identify non-conformances, initiate CAPA actions, and validate effectiveness of solutions.
• Lead QA briefings and risk mitigation strategies across projects.
• Track KPIs related to field quality, including defect rates and audit findings.
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure documentation traceability.
