Job summary
Kiewit is seeking a Quality Specialist for field or shop-based work on industrial projects across the U.S. The role coordinates inspections, manages QA/QC documentation, and ensures compliance with quality plans. Travel and relocation to project sites are expected; a 0–2 year background in welding, construction management, or engineering is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Welding Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience preferred.
- Familiarity with construction quality control procedures.
- ASQ/CQA/CWI certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Understand project scope and quality requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and tests with project schedules.
- Document and report quality activities.
- Witness inspections and tests when required.
- Review inspection results for contractual compliance.
- Prepare quality records and reports.
- Communicate results to the project team.
- Work in field or shop environments.
