Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency depends on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) in compliance with FAR, CQM, and contract specs.
• Perform daily quality inspections and document work progress against standards.
• Oversee construction contractor’s Quality Control meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and materials for conformance to design specs.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, project managers, and government reps to address non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed quality documentation including inspection reports, test results, NCRs, and corrective action logs.
• Collaborate with safety and project controls teams to ensure integrated quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Verify testing and inspection performed by qualified personnel and approved laboratories.
• Participate in project meetings, audits, and final inspections to verify completion and acceptance criteria.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying quality trends and process enhancements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
