Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading teams at manufacturing facilities.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
