Job summary

Global Talent Resources, Inc is seeking a Field Service & Quality Engineer to support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical power equipment. You will coordinate field activities, provide startup support, and ensure safe installations while driving product quality improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial power equipment, experience with international teams, and strong root-cause analysis and technical communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in electrical power systems or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with medium- and/or high-voltage electrical equipment.
• Experience working with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair activities by third-party service providers.
• Provide technical support during equipment startup, commissioning, and testing.
• Investigate equipment issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Lead corrective and preventive action initiatives.
• Review field reports and prepare technical documentation and recommendations.
• Maintain service records, equipment history, and customer interactions.
• Support warranty evaluations, quality metrics, and reliability reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing partners, suppliers, and customers to improve product performance.
